Do you find yourself "Boxed In" ?!

BOXED IN?! GOOD NEWS, YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE!

Self-Worth plummets when we let others make decisions for us. Initially this may seem like an easy route and one that allows you to avoid hard choices. Ultimately though it turns into the hard route because you will always find yourself boxed in by what other people decide for you. And then suddenly, if the people who make decisions for you disappear from your life, you are left alone and indecisive. That is a very earth shattering place to end up in and its more likely than not to happen if you're not prepared to make decisions for yourself. So start thinking about whats best for YOU, and not whats best for others!

Self-Worth: Respect for or a favorable opinion of oneself. The sense of ones own value or worth as a person; self-esteem; self-respect.

Scripture:
God's grace is sufficient for me, for His strength is made perfect in weakness. ~ 2 Corinthians 12:9

YOU MATTER!!! :-) Love and Blessings, Trish <33 W.O.W. Woman Of Worth

My new name is Miss Confidence

I know you were hurt, used, disrespected, abused, taken for granted, not appreciated, manipulated, talked down to, lied to, cheated on, abandoned, unaffirmed and unloved. I know you feel/felt lonely, sad, scared, insecure, worthless, dirty, anxious, depressed, misunderstood, confused, unvalued, not good enough, shameful, guilty, hopeless and wanting to giving up. I am here to say: I am so sorry YOU had to endure such pain!! YOU are so Beautiful,  and whatever has happened to you does NOT define who you are! YOU must know that your heart is such a soft and warm place, it is yours....take it back!! Don't allow him to have ownership of this precious treasure that is exculsively yours anymore!! YOU are incharge of your thoughts, feelings, emotions and actions! Take control over them so they no longer control you. Regaining your POWER comes from changing your thoughts about yourself. YOU must also unlearn all the negative selftalk you have been telling yourself for weeks, months and sadly years. But, it can be done! You must realize and embrace the unique you that you keep hidden needs to be unleashed to the world. See yourself as One Of A Kind, God only makes Masterpieces, He has made YOU specifically to impact the world that is around you in a BIG way. Start looking at how your mind, soul, spirit and body are an amzing dynamic! Let the small flame that is kindling in you become an explosive eruption of Beauty, Love and Compassion! And THEN you will attract the same in your life. I am excited for you to start discarding the layers of untruth the enemy and men have told you! It is time you take YOU back!! YOU are WORTH it!! Walk in Confidence in ALL things, stand upright, head held high, virtue exudes from you. SCRIPTURE:

I will not be conformed to this world (this age), (fashioned after and adapted to it's external, superficial customs), but be transformed (changed) by the (entire) renewal of my mind (by it's new ideals and it's new attitude), so that I may prove (for myself) what is good and acceptable and perfect (in His sight for me).  ROMANS 12:2

God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. 2 TIMOTHY 1:7

I will cast the whole of my care (all my anxieties, all my worries, all my concerns, once and for all) on Him, for He cares for me affectionately and cares about me watchfully. 1 PETER 5:7

I am determined and confident! I am not afraid or discouraged , for the Lord my God is with me whever I go. JOSHUA 1:9

I am confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in me will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. PHILIPPIANS 1:6

THE WEEKEND IS HERE LADIES, NOW WHAT?

SINGLES- What do you do to stay sanctified and sex FREE in your season of singleness? Do you make wise choices? Or are you putting yourself in places with certain people you KNOW will lead you away from your goals, dreams and vision? I know first hand how frustrating it can be at times, being single myself. Honestly, who doesn't want, desire to spend quailty time with their mate, whether it is going out or staying in. Making dinner together, dancing in the kitchen, a playful kiss, a warm hug, lots of laughter, come on now. But to obtain what is best for you, wouldn't you want to save that intimacy for your husband? You wouldn't want to share you heart, mind and body with anyone else....right?! I didn't think so. =) You are far to Beautiful for that! Your time for LOVE is right around the corner! God is aligning certain things up, trust Him! He has the very best for you! So make plans with like-minded people. Go bowling, take a dance class, or a cooking class. Do dinner and movies out or at home. Go to a poetry reading or get massages or facials. Really the options are endless. Keep in mind this is a time for you to become the BEST you , you can be! Embrace yourself, live a joyful life loving others and all the way refining your true, unique, authentic self. So when your Man of Greatnes comes you will be comforatble in who you are. No Masks, No Walls..Amen?!  So go have an excellent Friday Night!! Love and Blessings, Trish.................WOW

EXPECT A CHANGE...STAY HOPEFUL!!

Stand on HOPE!!! Be in EXPECTATION for that situation to turn around. Whatever your circumstances may be right now....wanting....waiting for illness/sickness to leave, finances to increase, love to manifest itself, relationships restored, unforgiveness and bitterness banished forever, strongholds and addictions to be broken and to be set free from bondage. EXPECT a turnaround, a breakthrough, victory in Jesus Magnificent name!!
There are 3 things to do while staying hopeful.

1.) Trust steadily in God. Take 1 step at a time.

2.) Hope unswervingly. Stand firm, satble, not changing, immovable.

3.) Love extravagantly. In an abundant manner. Plentiful, ample.

And the best of these is..........................LOVE!!

I do know that it is not easy if we try to do this ourselves that is why we have Father God who loves us so much He is always with us. He will never leave us or forsake us! We have the grace of our Lord Jesus and the guidance and comfort of the Holy Spirit to ask, lean on and call upon. So stand tall keep you beautiful head up and walk in confidence knowing that you are in the Almighty's hands!!! This season is over....declare it...AMP up your Love Walk!!
Below are some scriptures to encourage and empower you!!
Love and Blessings, Trish.......WOW!!

SINGLENESS IS NOT A LIFE SENTENCE

As I hear and see so many struggling with singleness, not to mention the ones who suffer in silence. I can't help but wonder are we doing our part to become whole to attract the right mate God has for us. We must be honest as we look inside ourselves and face boldy our own hurts. To learn from them, forgive and heal 1st. In this season of singleness work on becoming all that God has created you to be. Fine tune your character, manners and attitude. Ladies, a mans #1 desire/need is respect. Recognize we are different and have different needs and embrace it. God designed us women to love--So love, of course guard you heart, BUT open your heart, be soft in your words and attitude. Men do not like loud controlling women. Watch your body lanuage...men are visual, and it could really mean the difference of if he see's you as approachable or disrespectful. Such as, eye rolling, arms crossed and finger pointing, just to name a few. Here is a BIGGIE....men tell me this ALL the time. They love my smile!! Ladies, you are not smiling enough. So many men say women do not smile. And they love a woman who smiles, it shows she is happy. So now you know a lil something you all can change right now =) smile!! If you like a man and hes talking to you, smile, relax you arms and body language and it will make him feel at ease.

OK, on to the tougher subject...lol!! And before I go further, I apprecaite great men and I do not bash men, I am hear to bring you information for your growth in your own self-worth ladies.

Ladies, You must get this please!! Go by a mans ACTIONS not his words. Many men know and use this to their advantage to fill women with the words they long to hear and some even go as far as becoming Emotional Rapist. Yes words are very important, but if he is not backing them up with the right action...he is after one thing! We all have desires to be held, kissed and touched and long for that amazing sexual encounter with our future husband or wife. (I know some of my brothers read my blogs too, much love to you great men!) But ladies we can not compromise and have sex outside of marriage. It is a covenant with God, and when done it is a sin against our own bodies. It opens the door to soulties which leads to many toxic relationships that are not built on the foundation of Christ but on lust.
Contrary to popular belief ladies, after a man has sleeps with you, you value goes DOWN! Yes, he will try, and keep trying, it is up to you to know your worth  be virtuous and continue living your beautiful life and if he is not willing to wait be gracious and move on. Do not compromise or settle out of aloneness, frustration or age. Keep this in mind............Lust is SELFISH...wanting it now! Love is SELFLESS...it is patient it waits! Lust is seen as a mans struggle and I do believe it is a big one due to they are very visual creatures! The internet, t.v., porn, billboards, videos, and us......they are flooded daily! Women do struggle with it as well, but it is not talked about as much. But it is evident hence the amount of sexual relationships going on. We must get lust under control as a single person if not it will rear it's ugly head again in marriage (selfish desires not being met). As we must renew our minds daily with the Word of God in other areas we must renew this part as well! What we bring out of the dark into light has no more power over us anymore! I would like to add this-- YOU are not disgusting or filthy! YOU are a BEAUTIFUL creation, God's Masterpieces! You must not see yourselves in a shameful way. You are working on this area, and it takes time.
God created Eve for Adam so we are meant to be attracted to one another and be that helpmate for the right person. It is up to us to keep ourselves in check until that mate comes along. So continue living a joyful, harmonious life loving yourself and others. Becoming that wonderful mate in all areas of your life.
Be encouraged, know you are a keeper!
This is a season......not a LIFE sentence! =)  Below are some scriptures to encourage you and keep you on the right track.
Love and Blessings, Trish.............W.O.W.

SCRIPTURES~

Throw off your old sinful nature and former wayof life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. (Ephesians 4:22)

The end of a thing is better than it's beginning, and the patient in spirit is better than proud in spirit. I do not hasten in my spirit to be angry, for anger rests in the bosom of fools.
(Ecclesiates 7:8-9)

Run from sexual sin! No other sin so clearly affects the body as this one does. For sexual immorality is a sin against your own body. (1 Corinthians 6:18)

I wait and hope for and expect the Lord; I am brave and of good courage and my heart be stout and enduring. Yes, I wait for and hope for and nexpect in the Lord. (Psalm 27:14)

STAYING FOCUSED

As I committed to ending this year strong, drawing ever closer to my destiny facing  challenges are not something new. How do we discern if something is a distraction or an opportunity to draw closer to God and His will for our lives?

DISTRACTION: A thing that prevents someone from giving full attention to something.

Seeing this defention means we must use good judgment asking; is it taking us away from our dreams, goals & desires? Or is it adding to our purpose, dreams and vision? We must be ever present and still to ask ourselves these questions. I realize in challenging times that may not be the easist thing to do. I would say to you it is of utmost importance to be still, meditating on where you are going. Look at your vision what does it look like? Keep it in front of you, do not be consumed with the current circumstances as they are about to change. Ask God the questions you have! He longs for our communication, as you long for it from the ones you love. He will give you the answers, direct and guide you. No matter what keep your dreams a live! Be joyful, be grateful, be generous, and for heaven sake be your authentic beautiful self! I must be who I am, laughter as well as tears are apart of my wonderful compassionate, loving, tender spirit and heart which I embrace, as should yours. Doing so you will attract the right people to help you fulfill your vision with resources, finances and friendships. I pray your doors of divine opportunities are open now! Step out in expectation of a tremendous day, week and end of the year. Know you are a CHAMPION!! Position yourself for an explosive 2013! See it, speak it, walk in it! As I am excited for what God has in store for you! I am in expectation for a year of extraordinary favor, outstanding advancement and serving all who I am called to with love and compassion to the fullest! Below are some scriptures, meditate on them allowing them to take root.
May your visison be clear my dears!! Love and Blessings,  Trish........W.O.W.

DATING~ MEN REVEALING INSIDE INFO.

Yesterday was intriging! I had quite a few women and men express to me how being single is frustrating. I could not help but hear the sadness as well as their desire for love in their voices. Unfortunately, many of them are not over their Ex's or working on their struggles. I do NOT bash men. I believe there are great men out there, I am blessed to know some! I also believe that women need to know their worth so they don't fall into the same pitfalls. When we work on our internal struggles and face them head on, thats when things in our relationships start changing for the better. Blaming him/her is not going to bring you peace or love. Carrying unforgiveness in your heart makes you one bitter woman or angry man. I am bringing you this information today hoping you see things in a different light. I believe we need to know who we are, as well as understand (as much as possible) about men. The information comes from male Christian relationship coaches who I believe to be honest & transparent and truly want women to get it. They see so many women attracting the wrong men, getting hurt, become wounded and jump into another relationship to soothe the pain. Don't get me wrong, I know men do this too! So here are (4)nuggets they share about their actions, and thinking in dating. Keep an open mind and realize men think differently than women.

NUGGETS~

1.) Realize you are not the only women he is pouring into (talking to).
      Men leave their options open.
2.) A man will SHOW you the truth and tell you a lie.
Believe more of what you SEE less of what you hear.
3.) A man will want to share ALL aspects of his life.
He will want to know ALL about yours as well.
4.) One thing every guy knows is that if there is no substance
behind the sex, then there is no more desire to be in her presence.

Well, I hope you got a glimpse of how men operate. This is just a lil info. Men and women are so different which is awesome and at times frustrating. The way men and women view sex is obviously different. Since sex was created for the marriage bed it's no wonder it is the cause of such dysfuntion. It is out of covenant with God. When done correctly it is amazing!
So ladies, guard your hearts, only the man who seeks God and understands this should be able to unlock your heart. I pray you view this information as a positive reinforcement to stand tall! Keep your values in front of you, walk in confidence knowing how beautiful you are and you will attract the right mate. I am believing the best for all of you. Continue to learn and grow! Below are some scriptures to read and meditate on.
Love and Blessings, Trish.............W.O.W.

COMPROMISE
I am very, very careful never to compromise with the people around me and I do not follow their evil ways. (Exodus 34:12)

I possess the mystic secret of faith (Christian truth as hidden from ungodly man) with a clear conscience. (1Timothy 3:9)

HOLINESS
